For this code to work we need to install perl and spreadsheet:parceexcel
perl module should be installed.

The steps to follow for this code to work is:

1)Replace the file tcImport.php in Testlink/lib/testcases folder with
the one attached.

2)Replace the file tcImport.tpl in Testlink/GUI/templates folder with
the one attached.

3)Create a folder called 'ImportExcelFiles' under Testlink folder and
place the file Test1.xls which is attached.(This gives the format for
excel sheets)

4)Place exceltoxml_lak1.pl  in Testlink folder.

After this we can import test cases directly from Excel files itself
provided the format is in sync with the Testlink format. This is similar
to the existing template we are following except for the column 'level'.
This format is available as a link in the import test cases page.
