When I move to 1.94, I will apply changes accordingly. The only problem is I have to talk to my manager before moving to 1.94. It may not be very straight forward for us to move to 1.94, as I have made lots of changes in Testlink.
Is 1.94 officially released?

I've started also to build a dll of communication between TFS and TL:
- get from TFS the User Story and Defect Story and create as Requirements in TL
- get frol TL, the bugs created in bugtracking system and send that into TFS as Defect Story.
I'll take time to compare with your code and post if necessary any improvement.
