Password reset does not work

When I try to reset my password, I get an Email with the new password, but this does not work. When I look in the database the password entry is NOT changed !
The same happens, when I click at "Forgot Password" at the Login Screen.

It seems that the database is not updated after calculating and sending the new password.

Password always stores in encrypting way. If you receive the email. then please remove <b></b>. say if your password that you recieved is <b>test</b>, try logging with test. This is just an example. You need to remove the html tags

Hi, the Email I received was plain text, so no html code.

What is strange is that the entry in the table users in the MySQL Database is not altered after resetting the password. It contains the same hash as before.
Whereas if i change my password by myself in my settings, the database is changed immediately.

As far as i knew, when the password is generated, this gets genrate from Code not from database,

But what bothers me is not the email.
Of course the new password is generated in code, but after having sent it, TestLink must update it in the database table 'users'. Otherwise a succesful login with the new password is not possible. And what I observe is that this update in the database does not take place.

I am more concerned abt email here but i donot know brzail to understand it can you try with english user and paste the email here

it should insert, but i can not state the reason i think fman would be appropraite person to answer this question,

but as far my knowledge i will tell you, When you try change the password the database has to be updated with the new encryption key, but i think this is not happening here, how ever when you try reset password, and try logging into TestLink, it might get updated, may be the encryption key was same as the one that before.
