Issue in import and export function

Hi All,

I have upgraded Test link version 1.9(Beta) to Version 1.9.3 (Prague) few months before. Recently I'm facing issue with Import and Export function.
In Test Plan tab when I click on Import button to import files, test link opens up a blank screen. The same happens with Export button.
Can any one suggest me a solution for fixing this issue.
