Our community today announce TestLink 1.8.4, a minor update to its popular and acclaimed free, open source Test management tool. The release includes 32 bug fixes and several localization updates and new Finish localization.

You are welcome to download package from SF.net .

Update

There are no DB changes  against older TestLink 1.8.x releases. You need just replace files (except your configuration files and company patches).
